1. Information We Collect

Sheetsend AI ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our Google Workspace add-on ("Add-on").

We collect the following types of information:

- License Information: We collect information about your license key to verify your subscription status.  This information is obtained via Google’s marketplace verification and does not include any sensitive personal data (other than your email address which is used for identification purposes).
- User Email Address:  When installing the addon, your email address is collected as part of Google Workspace Marketplace authorization.
- Email Content:  We do not store or retain the content of emails sent through the Add-on. We only access the data necessary for the Add-on to function - such as sender email address and emails in the recipient column.
- Log Data:  We collect information such as IP addresses, browser type, referring/exit pages, and other such information for troubleshooting and security analysis.  This information does not identify you as an individual.
We collect minimal data needed to ensure basic functionality.

2.Data Protection for Sensitive Data (How your data accessed through Google API's is used)

Our application uses Google Workspace APIs to enhance user experience and functionality within Google Sheets. We only access the data strictly necessary to perform these actions, such as storing settings specific to the active spreadsheet. We do not collect, store, or use any user data beyond what's minimally required for these functions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

- License Validation: To validate the status of your license key and ensure your access to the Add-on.
- Service Provision: To provide the functionality of the Add-on, such as email sending and license management. (Note: We do not store the content of emails).
- Security and Troubleshooting: To detect, troubleshoot, and respond to security incidents.
- Improvement of Services: To analyze usage patterns and improve our Add-on capabilities.
- AI/ML model(s) will interact with your data to generate ai responses directly through their servers.

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes, Nor we train AI/ML models based on your data, Nor we process your data on our servers.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except in the following circumstances:

- Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required by law.
- Service Providers: We may engage limited third parties as service providers in connection with the Add-on. These providers are carefully selected and are obligated to keep the data confidential.

5. Data Retention

We retain your license information only for as long as necessary to provide you with the paid services. Once your license expires or payment is cancelled, we will remove the collected license information unless otherwise required for legal purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have certain rights concerning your data, depending on applicable laws and the nature of the data.

- Access: You have the right to access and review the data we have stored.
- Correction: You can request correction of inaccurate data.
- Removal: You can request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Add-on is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and indicate the effective date at the top.
