By installing and using the Sheetsend AI Google Workspace add-on ("Add-on"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Add-on.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-on solely for your internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Google's terms of service for Google Workspace Marketplace. You may not:

* Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Add-on.
* Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Add-on.
* Distribute, sublicense, or resell the Add-on.
* Use the Add-on in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
* Use the Add-on for any illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes.


3. User Responsibilities

* You are responsible for all activities conducted using the Add-on.
* You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to data privacy, email marketing, and spam.
* You must obtain all necessary consents and permissions before using the Add-on to send emails to any individuals or entities.
* You must maintain the confidentiality of your license key.
* You are responsible for keeping your Google Workspace account secure.

4. Data Privacy

5. Disclaimers

The Add-on is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Add-on. We are not responsible for any delays, failures, or other issues that may arise. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the Add-on's use, misuse, or inability to function.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim, damage, or loss arising out of or relating to the Add-on is limited to the amount you paid for the Add-on. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all other liability, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.

7. Termination

We may terminate your license to use the Add-on at any time, without notice if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your license at any time by uninstalling the Add-on.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the Add-on after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra/India.
